Production per day
Our machinery is capable of producing 50 to 200 TPD (TONS PER DAY).
We proudly affirm that our machinery has been developed to yield the unprecedented, lowest power consumption the world has ever seen.
Under suitable conditions Power Consumption as low as 70 units per ton has been achieved and plants established by us are already running at an average Power Consumption of 70 units per ton. This requires suitable raw materials as follows:-
1. Limestone : T.C.- 92 to 94%, CaO - 55% min. (MgCO3 <>
2. Clay : Al2O3 - 16-18% (SiO2 - 55% max.)
3. Coke : Calorific value: 4000 K Cal/Kg min.
4. Gypsum : CaSO4.2H20- 80% min.
DESPITE VARIATIONS IN RAW MATERIAL’S QUALITY POWER CONSUMPTION OF THE ORDER OF 70 UNITS PER TON IS ACHIEVABLE AND MANY PLANTS ESTABLISHED BY US ARE ALREDY RUNNING AT COMPARABLE POWER CONSUMPTIONS.
